ShopOS is cloud-based GST billing, inventory and accounting software for businesses in India, including wholesalers, distributors and retail shops of any trade. It runs in the web browser on phones and computers, with nothing to install. Choosing a business type gives ready-made product categories and HSN codes. Every product, and each size or variant, gets its own QR barcode, and labels print from the catalog for scanning at the counter with a barcode scanner or the phone camera. AI reads supplier bills from a photo or PDF and fills in the items, quantities, prices and HSN codes. ShopOS makes GST invoices with CGST and SGST or IGST applied automatically, files E-Way Bills and E-Invoices with the business's own GST portal login, and sends invoices as PDF on WhatsApp or email. Customer balances update with every bill and payment, including UPI and cheques, with statements, reminders and interest on late payments. It also covers supplier bills, returns with debit and credit notes, and AI bank statement matching. One login manages several firms, staff get role-based access, and a CA portal gives accountants GSTR-1 and purchase register reports.
