I like the simplicity of the platform in my eyes the platform is like an iPhone vs others are more like an android. Having pats procurement messaging and motor guidelines helps speed the process up however motor does not provide accurate information so the procedures may not be correct for each repair labor or procedure thus preventing friction between user/customer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Shopmonkey? The cost is high for the troubles it gives. Motor procedures and labor times are not accurate often times costing both shop owner/customer money they shouldn't be spending. The cost to operate both automotive and heavy duty combined are residuals for the input that is offered the phone app is only good on iPhone and there isn't a management app for opening/creating new repair orders Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Shopmonkey solving and how is that benefiting you? Unfortunately the timing to solve problems is delayed if I had to wait on support I'd lost more money then I pay for the platform. I like the layout and the way the workflow is set up. I like the search features to find customers and vehicles in the database. I like the license plate being able to add vehicle info directly to the ticket. Very easy to get started on and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Shopmonkey? This is the slowest-moving software I have ever used. Trying to process an invoice and it timing out is embarrassing with customers trying to pay the bill. The diag info from this program is sourced through Motor and is very lacking. For example, I tried to get freon capacity for a Suburban recently and had to use the chat feature because it wasn't listed, and 2 days later I got a response. That is completely unacceptable.
