"All-In-One Platform with Beginner-Friendly Setup"
4/5
What do you like best about Shopify?

I like how Shopify gives products at a low price and offers the best quality products. I find it beneficial that it is an all-in-one platform that handles website design and marketing, making it beginner-friendly for launching a professional store in hours without coding. I appreciate the industry-leading Shop Pay checkout, which converts better than guest checkouts, and its native omnichannel capabilities, syncing retail POS, Amazon, and TikTok. The powerful automated marketing tools and highly scalable infrastructure are impressive. The AI-driven automation and enhanced unified commerce tools, including Shopify Magic for AI-powered content generation, add high value. I like that Shopify integrates with a massive ecosystem of over 8,000 third-party apps. Setting up Shopify was very easy, which is a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Shopify is not compatible with my Apple phone and the premium plan of shopify is also too much high. If your business is not completely online based then it is not the best tool that I would like to recommend because Google my business is much more better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable and User-Friendly, but Needs Better Social Media Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about Shopify?

I find Shopify affordable and more famous than other platforms. It's intuitive because as I use it more, it becomes easier, and I'm becoming quite the expert. Listing products and checking the delivery partner are easy. I like the multiple payment gateway support, and the interface is so smooth. It's easy to track all delivery partners in one go. I also appreciate the customer support, which is quite good. Using Google Ads and Facebook Ads with Shopify enhances my experience, boosting my sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

It's a little difficult to understand in the beginning. I am a little less satisfied with the social media connectivity. I want a beginner guide in a simple way to understand, and some AI improvement to make things easier. Social media connectivity could be improved; I can get a better dashboard. "Effortless E-commerce Setup with Shopify"
4/5
What do you like best about Shopify?

I like Shopify's ease of use and reliability, which lets me manage stores quickly without a technical headache. The seamless integrations with marketing and payment tools are a big plus. Shopify's fast checkout experience, stable performance, and detailed analytics work especially well for me. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive, enabling me to launch the store quickly with minimal technical effort and start selling right away. Switching to Shopify from a more custom-built setup made store management, integration, and performance optimization much simpler and faster. Shopify is reliable, easy to use, and excellent for scaling an e-commerce business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

Some advanced features rely heavily on paid ads which can increase costs as a store scales. Also, deeper checkout and backend customization is limited unless you are on higher plans or using custom development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Order Processing with Room for Integration Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Shopify?

I love how Shopify makes making orders easy to process and fulfillment's job more efficient. I really appreciate the ability to compare shipping prices and instantly print shipping labels without waiting in line. This feature saves a LOT of time by avoiding the hassle of browsing for prices or risking a higher price, and also eliminates the need to stand in line for customer service to process every single package. Additionally, the initial setup of Shopify was easy, very easy for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

I would love to see it connect a bit better to Clover so the system identifies what items are ordered compared to the store's and warehouse inventory and sends the item requests directly to the locations for them to fulfill and the warehouse to pick up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes it easier to manage and sell health and educational programs"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Shopify?

I work as a Clinic Manager, Dietician & Nutritionist, and also create health education content. What I like about Shopify is that I don’t need to be very technical to set things up. I can add digital products like diet plans, wellness guides, and even a 3-month weight loss program in one place without much effort.

The layout is easy to understand, so I don’t waste time finding basic options. It is simple to make small changes, update product details, and keep things organized. I come back to it whenever I need to adjust something, so it fits naturally into my regular work.

There are enough features to manage products, basic checkout, and simple store settings without making things complicated. It also works fine with common payment and email tools. Overall, it helps keep everything in one place and makes the online part of my work easier to handle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

The theme editor looks good, but making small design changes does not always feel straightforward. I sometimes try a few options before the page looks the way I want.

Also, some useful things depend on apps, so you end up browsing the app store to find the right add-on for a simple need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how Shopify simplifies the complexity of running an online store by having everything in one place, from inventory and store pages to blogs, checkouts, and payments. I love how quick it is to list products and go live. Simplicity is key for me, and making edits is easy. The setup is so simple, and I think the core functionality is great. It directly translates to saved time and fewer dependencies, which shortens the gap between ideas and revenue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5/5
What do you like best about Shopify?

What I like most about Shopify is how it makes launching and managing an online store feel straightforward, while still offering enough power and flexibility to scale as the business grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

What I dislike most about Shopify is that costs can add up quickly once you need premium apps, advanced customization, or lower transaction fees. It’s easy to start, but scaling can get expensive and somewhat limiting compared to fully custom platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful All-in-One Control and Mobile Management, But Costs Can Add Up"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Shopify?

The best part is the all-in-one control: you can manage products, orders, payments, customers, inventory, and even marketing from a single place, rather than juggling multiple tools. The mobile app is particularly helpful, since store owners can track sales, fulfill orders, and respond to customers while on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

The basic setup may look simple at first, but once you start adding premium themes, paid apps, advanced reporting, and transaction fees—especially if you’re not using Shopify Payments—the monthly cost can end up much higher than you expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
