"Shopify Makes Online Sales Easy While We Focus on Creating"
5/5
What do you like best about Shopify?

As a creative business, we needed a website solution that would enable online sales while still being easy to manage and doing the hard work for us. We need our hands free to make the products, not to spend hours working on the website. Shopify has been amazing, it’s the best thing we’ve ever done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

No major downsides its always improving and evolving and the resources they provide have been helpful along the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"So Much You Can Do with Shopify"
5/5
What do you like best about Shopify?

There’s so much you can do with Shopify. It offers plenty of customization options, whether you have a dev team or you’re working on your own, since there are so many apps available. It also makes it easy to connect with almost any platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

I dislike that, unless you have a dedicated dev team or team member, you end up having to rely on a lot of apps. That can get expensive and difficult to manage, and it’s not always easy to get everything to work or communicate well with each other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Platform with Great Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about Shopify?

I like that Shopify integrates with a lot of different services and websites, making it more robust than other competitors like BigCommerce that we've used. Its platform is easy to navigate, making it easy to build websites and make changes to them. Shopify offers services that help us grow and scale our business more effectively, and integrating with those natively makes setting up these services easier and faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

There's a little bit of a learning curve to using their website editor tool. Sometimes it's hard to know how to change and edit certain aspects of your website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best Ecommerce Platform to Launch a Brand"
5/5
What do you like best about Shopify?

Shopify is one of the best e-commerce platforms I have ever used. I switched from woocommerce and there is no looking back. The platform experience is super easy and simple to use. i didnt face too much complexity in building things like swatches and variants. In WooCommerce, it was a nightmare, but in shopify its easy and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

I don't like its over-expensive app. Sometimes, for basic things,s we need to install subscription based app that charges too much for a basic, important function. Unlike WordPress it does not offer that many plugins, but it's good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Shopify Gave Us a Strong Online Store and Nationwide Visibility"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Shopify?

From last 4-5 years we have been catering our audience through offline medium only but after installing shopify we have got an online store that work much more better than google my business and also give us online visibility where customer reaches and see the our listed products and even buys them from all over the country. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

The major disadvantage that I face while using shopify is that they don't provide annual subscription plan they only have monthly subscription and it is too costly for longrun and for accessing detailed analytics you will have to pay extra money other than it's premium plan which is unnecessary. "Streamlines Ecommerce Operations with Ease"
5/5
What do you like best about Shopify?

I really appreciate how Shopify makes it easy for us to run our business without getting stuck in the backend. We can manage orders, inventory, payments, and customer data all in one place. It's easy to use and keeps everything organized so we can focus on growing our business instead of managing backend chaos. I find the integrations and analytics particularly valuable, as being able to connect marketing tools and quickly see what's selling helps us make smarter decisions. They give us real visibility into what's working, allowing us to make quick, data-backed decisions and scale what performs. The initial setup was also pretty simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

Fees can add up quickly, and some features rely on paid apps. It'd be better if more core features were built in and pricing was more transparent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust and User-Friendly Platform with Efficient Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Shopify?

I use Shopify for selling our products and I like its ease of access for clients with efficient turnarounds ensuring the correct delivery address. I find it to be a robust platform that can do a lot but can also be used at a bare minimum if needed. I appreciate the integrations available and the quantity of feature sets which make it easy to add and insert when needed. The initial setup was super easy, and the templates and initial guides are super easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

Clearer how-tos along with updates to the current UI would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless E-Commerce Setup for Non-coders"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Shopify?

I used Shopify for creating a small e-commerce website for my side hustle and it helped me create my website easily despite having no coding knowledge. What I like most about Shopify is its ease of use. As a naive kid, I was able to build my website store easily. It was just about choosing a theme, linking a payment gateway, and it was done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

Basically new themes are missing. Most of the Shopify stores look similar and it is easily identifiable that this is a Shopify store. They should bring in more themes that may make the website look unique and stand out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless ERP Integration with Shopify Boosts Efficiency"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Shopify?

I appreciate Shopify's API integration and the AI customized website component builder, which have been game-changers for me. With API integration, Shopify automatically fetches data from my complex ERP system, creating a fully automated system for my business. This means I only need to make changes and listings in the ERP, not in Shopify. The AI website builder understands my requirements, enhances my prompts with technical solutions, and creates customized components, turning Shopify into a no-code platform for me. It's easy to use and understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

I think the basic utility plugin should be more free and built by Shopify. File and media management can be better. Theme updating should not change live theme design. For product edit, there should be real-time, more easy options like in Excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowering Customization with Ease"
5/5
What do you like best about Shopify?

I like the themes in Shopify. I really like the fact that I can go in without any sort of coding skills and design a home page. Setting up carousels, whether it's a sliding banner, and looking at different gallery formats for a home page allows me to curate a different look for different brands. The idea of personalization is great because I have clients with different feels, and I can create something that feels quite bespoke to them with a sort of drag and drop vibe. It lets me set things up and add stuff to the page very quickly while using my creative art direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

If I'm doing a new product and it's similar to another product, I will find that redoing the things like meta descriptions - the SEO listing at the bottom - I seem to have to do that manually each time. But sometimes I don't know if there's a way of doing that. I mean, maybe I'm just not aware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
