The notes section works, but would like it to be part of the check-out process.

Shopify need to do a little more market research on use case scenarios for larger scale business. Perfect for small to medium, when you take into account multi inventory operations or business using shopify plus as well as POS, there certainly are a few bubears relating to stock management and reporting across both.
