What do you dislike about Shopify POS? More developement to take, track and manage local deliveries for brick and mortar stores. Would like to be able to manage all from the POS app. Also would like the ability to create a check-out from to gather additional information. The notes section works, but would like it to be part of the check-out process. Shopify need to do a little more market research on use case scenarios for larger scale business. Perfect for small to medium, when you take into account multi inventory operations or business using shopify plus as well as POS, there certainly are a few bubears relating to stock management and reporting across both. Its easy to adopt loyalty schemes, provide a clear track on gift cards and identify customer groups. Again, its wonderfuly easy to use, and so training for us has been significantly reduced. Shopify POS using an iPad is to my knowledge the only accessible POS system availble for those living with sightloss (low-vision or blind). While understanding the changing of the layout of POS is beneficial to the traditional sighted staff, the constant layout changes pose a challenge for those operating with sight-loss.
