## About Pre-Order
After this Shopify app&#39;s installation pre-order button with beautiful title shows up on product&#39;s page that is out of stock. Customer clicks on this button and goes through a regular order procedure, which allows to sell even if a product is out of stock. Title near the button will show a message that can be edited by you, for example: &quot;We will fulfill the item within 3 days&quot;. Full list of pre-orders is shown in admin panel of the app, so you can easily control and handle such orders.

**What do you like best about Pre-Order?**

Shopify is a popular e-commerce platform that offers a wide range of features and functionalities for online businesses. One of the features it offers is the ability to manage pre-orders.
The Shopify pre-order manager is a tool that allows store owners to take pre-orders for products that are not yet available for shipment. This way, it helps the manufacturer understand the demand in hand.

**What do you dislike about Pre-Order?**

Their is nothing like i personally dislike about it.

**What problems is Pre-Order solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shopify pre-order manager is a good option for businesses that want to take pre-orders for products that are not yet available. It is user-friendly and provides a seamless pre-order experience for me.this way it helps me to know,what product is most liked and is in demand,it helps me in priortizing my product ahead very well.Also this reduces the cost of unsold products.

**What do you like best about Pre-Order?**

I was setting up an item in my store that I needed to be available for pre-order, couldn't figure out why the Pre-Order button wouldn't appear. CS popped up and inquired if everything was working properly and helped me quickly resolve the issue. The support for this app is great. I recently installed it, but it wasn't working on the Dutch version of my translated shop. I emailed them about this matter and they changed the coding on their end for FREE. This is how you get loyal customers. Now I can use the app in my English store as well as my Dutch store. Kudos! Also, used this app for presales. this app is great and its helped me out with special orders and determines supply and demand. thank you for the online chat help as well

**What do you dislike about Pre-Order?**

Made my Add To Cart button dissapear and load after 5 seconds. The effect stayed even after uninstalling and had to be removed by editing the code.

none everything is perfect!

**What do you like best about Pre-Order?**

The Shopify Pre-Order Manager is an amazing and incredibly easy app that is accessible even for those who have very little computer or website experience. (Ahem, me) I had some issues making sure the pre-order button was installed and working correctly on my site, but the customer service team was speedy and very helpful with their response. Very painless and efficient process on my part!

**What do you dislike about Pre-Order?**

We have faced some difficulty and lag time when our website has a large number of SKUs.

**Recommendations to others considering Pre-Order:**

Very simple and easy to implement, but if you have any issues their customer service team is very helpful and responsive.

**What problems is Pre-Order solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has allowed us to keep sales going even when a particular item was out of stock. It was a lifesaver, especially during the busy holiday season!

**What do you like best about Pre-Order?**

Shopify allows you to take easy, pre-formatted, employee sales order for our company's product. Prior of using shopify, company used excel forms. Shopify allows to aggregate total order, electronic payment, and order confirmation which worked great for the company

**What do you dislike about Pre-Order?**

Shopify module we had can only be used for one subsidiary at a time so we rotated the different subsidiaries employee sale events to allow using the portal at all times. Not a big deal, but if it can be utilized for our 3 separate events together at the same time, it could further enhance the value.

**Recommendations to others considering Pre-Order:**

Easy set up and quick implementation. Our company's IT team heads up the implementation but as executive sponsor, I received all positive and smooth set up and implementation.

**What problems is Pre-Order solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlined process and administration burden for company's human resource department who used to conduct employee sale (considered as employee benefit) using manual, tedious, excel forms across 500+ employees across 3 subsidiaries. Better process and employee satisfaction.

**What do you like best about Pre-Order?**

Quick and easy install. I just love the integration between this app and Shopify. Overall, simple user experience — straight-forward selection boxes and option menus. Tons of settings, every little thing is adjustable, and works almost perfectly. I had a small snag having my “add to cart” button match my theme when I first installed the app, and customer service was ON IT within just a few hours with a quick fix.

**What do you dislike about Pre-Order?**

I sometimes wished that there was an option to pay a deposit for non stock pre-order items and pay the balance when the item is ready to ship.

**Recommendations to others considering Pre-Order:**

I had a custom request and they were very helpful with showing me what capabilities are built into the current platform. This was the perfect solution to allow us to offer products for sale not regularly kept in stock. Their customer support is always prompt and they solved our issues very quickly. 

**What problems is Pre-Order solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This was the perfect solution to allow us to offer products for sale not regularly kept in stock. Customer service is fast and excellent. Just an awesome app. Allows me to set products on pre-order in a few mouse clicks.

Website didn’t work for me, I tried creating an account and it wouldn’t complete the process.

**What do you like best about Pre-Order?**

Functionality is thorough enough to relieve some of the time constraints as marketed for this back end preorder management system.  With a clear dash  allowing for on time deployment featuring cleverrepriced, all three reports you need, and inventory management it is a right nice piece of free software

I finished listing sync to be a bit buggy

Because it is free it's hard to find a real fault

We can set up preorders prior to ever making the product to ensure limited overhead

Nothing, it is easy to use and does exactly what companies need.

I would use anytime I am going to release a physical product that I have to custom order

No ordering too much and having to pay for storage or reorder different sizes.

**What do you like best about Pre-Order?**

Great app that is easy to use. I was able to integrate into into my Shopify page seamlessly in minutes. It’s helped boost sales of my most popular products and allowed me to not worry about carrying too much inventory.

**What do you dislike about Pre-Order?**

An option to require the customer to leave some sort of deposit would be helpful. 

**What problems is Pre-Order solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had a really hard time figuring out the right amount of inventory to have. This app had helped solve that problem as I can have less inventory and not worry about losing customers

**What do you like best about Pre-Order?**

Running a small business with my sisters is tricky at times. When promoting new products and selling out, this manager helps you more effortlessly continue the best customer service and speed for your customers. Perfect solution if you have products that aren't always in stock.

**What do you dislike about Pre-Order?**

Because people are so weary of purchasing a product that isn't in stock, having an option to make a partial payment would be a good idea.

**What problems is Pre-Order solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As seasons change, we change our products. Sometimes it seems like every week, there's another holiday or theme and it's hard to keep up. Having the option to pre-order allows us to more efficiently navigate through top selling products.

Made it super easy to get in early pre-orders while having time to fulfill and make sure we had optimum time as a company to have all supplies in

There was nothing really to dislike about this, we could cancel anytime and there was always customer support that was super helpful if we had any questions

It’s actually been very beneficial with timing to make sure we had all supplies in before we fulfilled orders
