I like Shopify Plus because it makes running operations easier and saves time, which is a big deal for us since our main challenge is time. I don't like how the system applies the shipping carrier, we use many carriers and will switch to different carriers and the system doesn't always pull the right carrier and provides the wrong tracking link to customers. I find the value offered by the platform to be fair, and I appreciate that they are always introducing new innovations. It feels as though the benefits I receive continue to grow, even though the price remains the same. Additionally, customer support is readily accessible and consistently helpful.
