Shootproof is straightforward and easy to use. The learning curve is small, and you can be up and running in no time. I can get my clients their photo galleries fast and handle things such as contracts and invoice in very little time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ShootProof? The amount of storage space is small for the amount of the subscription. It would be nice to be able to upload more photos without any price increase. There also aren't any tech support numbers to call there is only emails. However, this doesn't bother me too much because I know this is a way to keep prices down. ShootProof is very easy to use (they have made quite a few improvements) and has really helped us to sell prints easily. We use one of the several labs they offer to ship directly to our clients so we rarely have to touch prints ourselves. Uploading photos is very easy as well and the interface is nice looking. Ordering for ourselves is still kind of a pain - it takes a little bit for the system to process what we have ordered. The contacts don't always connect to other parts of the system. You can send emails and look at what you have sent but they have to be sent from a Gallery so you really can't use it as a CRM even though they have contracts available for use. Recommendations to others considering ShootProof: This is a great system - there are some limitations but if you need way to create albums and galleries, sell online, and not pay an arm and a leg - this is the system for you. The price and ease of use along with the various labs they are associated is really what attracted us to this.
