Shogun is helping our website function how we need for our unique needs. We have a really specific sales model which makes our website needs very individualized. The support provided is unparralleled with any other service I've utlized or attempted to utlize (shout out to Reese, he's fantastic)! SO happy I stumbled upon Shogun. Some of the customizations are a little bit clanky (I would describe it like Apple vs Android as far as visuals go). I am currently using the Shopify theme settings as it looks cleaner, for example. We've found that Shogun's editing platform is intuitive and easy to use, which is great when training new team members to use the page building and editing functions. Although we've maintained a legacy plan, there's plenty of additional functionality that we're able to tap into as and when it's needed and if we were a larger business with more complex needs I think we'd be using one of their more advanced plans.

I love the flexibility of Shogun. I have been using it for several years now (more than five) With Shogun, the ability to control, show, hide elements per viewport size is worderful (responsive design), and their support is top notch. The product is easy to use and has a lot of features for unique user experiences. I've tried the competition and Shogun wins in my book. The things I wish I could do with Shogun but can't are more a limitation of their being able to control Shopify elements better like Product pages (specifically product images and forms). For example I would Love to resize my product thumbnails and finetune the form on the right to be able to make selecting product variants more intuitive however those critical elements are restricted by Shopify.
