It makes life so much easier because the app even works offline in dead zones like basements, automatically updating the main system as soon as they get Wi-Fi again. **What do you dislike about ShireSystem?** Moving all your existing maintenance schedules, spare parts catalogs, and equipment histories out of messy Excel spreadsheets into the software is a massive chore at the start. The old icon set made it easier to quickly identify different modules, and the UI seemed more user-friendly that way. Also, in the Mobile Pro app, the subject info section doesn’t let you view PDFs that may have been assigned to the assets. The idea was to have all relevant asset information in one place and be able to access it either through a work order or a subject search, but that isn’t the case right now. **What problems is ShireSystem solving and how is that benefiting you?** Brings structure to the site logic on digital end. It's also fairly easy to train new people on, even those with experience in other CMMSs or no experience at all. They can get up to speed quickly, which is really valuable.
