Excellent features like maps and tracking. It makes giving customer service more accessible. Nice to have it all on your mobile phone. **What do you dislike about ShipTrack?** Cloud base tracking is a great feature but can sometimes cause delays depending on the reception and coverage. But I am not sure if it would be possible otherwise. **What problems is ShipTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?** The last mile has always been an issue. Especially when we order from China, and basically everything is hidden until the parcel arrives. If they all could use ShipTrack, it would be great. ### 3.
