  ### 1. Easy to buy, but absolutely inadequate to use for business

**What do you like best about Shipsurance?**

It's easy to buy through Shopify or pirate ship. That's the ONLY good thing, using it is a nightmare and a joke.

**What do you dislike about Shipsurance?**

Shipsurance puts forth so many delays anymore, even forcing you to wait for postal services to complete investigations that take MONTHS. Customers are glad we have insured packages until they have to wait 20-40 days to file a claim, than 2-8 weeks for postal investigations. Unreasonable delays and we have to refund in advance of claim approval just to be sure customers aren’t angry at the incessant delays. If we buy coverage and wait the required long time to file a claim, pay the dang things out and don’t make us stall the customer even longer - FOR **MONTHS**

**What problems is Shipsurance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A false sense of security feels good until a shipment actually gets lost, then it's a nightmare of trying to keep a customer pacified if and until shipsurance finally runs out of delays and maybe pays out for coverage purchased.
