What do you like best about ShipStation?

I like that I can use this for internal order management tracking as well as be able to ship using multiple carriers in one website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShipStation?

I don't like that we cant tie multiple packages with different specifications such as dry ice without having to split the order. I also don't like that once you enter an order, if it is misspelled you have to cancel and re-enter, a simple edit would be nice. I also wish it could accommodate UPS Premier service as well as DHL Medical Express, these are just not available yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ShipStation?

What do you dislike about ShipStation?

The method of creating shipments with multiple packages. Also, the fact that they did away with carrier insurance and force you to buy their insurance product. That boosts their profits but the cost to use Shipstation has not been lowered. Other providers force you to use their insurance and have the same UPS rates and their service is FREE. What do you like best about ShipStation?

Shipping options are a strong point. The built-in shipping carriers, along with the ability to bring your own contract, are really helpful for both small and large businesses. I like ShipStation because of its convenience and how it streamlines all the retail orders to one location. It's easy to edit and use, and our shipping department uses it with ease as well. The initial setup process was easy with no major problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ShipStation?

ShipStation hooks to everything and makes shipping easy. I even like how much we save on shipping using ShipStation. We use the mobile app and use ShipStation to verify orders as well. Customer support is great at answering any questions we have quickly. Setting up ShipStation was easy as it just plugs quick and easy in to Shopify and Amazon. What do you like best about ShipStation?

Really like the platform... when it works! Constantly drops the API connection between it and my WooCommerce store. Shopify got booted months ago, but I think that's more of shopify pushing their shipping service than anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShipStation?

Really on the fence whether I'll keep it. I may drop my WooCommerce store and drop shipstation as well. I think paying 9.95 a month is not too bad though, does come in handy when I was using it for both stores. Also is one hell of an accounting tool when all of the sales are in the system. Not anymore. What do you like best about ShipStation?

I have been using ShipStation for about six years and appreciate its capability to seamlessly integrate with our POS system and manage online shipping need. One of the things I love about ShipStation is its ease of use, from setting it up initially to its day-to-day operations, it has been very smooth. The quick shipment features, ability to create labels promptly, and securing good shipping rates effectively streamline our shipping logistics. It handles tracking and sends out confirmation updates efficiently which significantly helps with customer communication. The address validation and alerting our customers about the status of their shipments are very useful features. I value the quick calculation and purchase of shipping labels, especially from UPS. Additionally, the feature that allows us to generate labels and retrospectively check on shipments for our customers extends our business efficiency. Moreover, staying competitive with pricing is crucial for us, and ShipStation meets this need effectively. I am also pleased with the reporting structure, which aids in our business management.
