ShipsGo is sending automated tracking email for the key points of our shipments for all related people.
we also don't need to track our shipments even if we use 5 or more different shipping lines. It collects everything in 1 place and we analyse the necessary information on 1 screen only.
Excellent time-saver!

ShipsGo was easy to start to use. Just create an account and start to develop the API integration. The price is also very competititve.

There is no webhook integration to receive notifications so it is necessary create a batch job to check for updates for all tracked containers.

As compared to other tracking sites that I used, ShipsGo was able to track the container even while in the middle of the ocean, an aspect the other few I used.

So far, no downsides yet to be seen. with this service!  It's straight forward, and easy to use.

Super appreciate the email updates; this completely free service has saved me a  lot of time from having to check up on shipments and their delays. 10/10 would recommend. 
Its pretty easy to use and implement and can be suppllemental to current procedueres which is great.

So far I cant complain. Perhaps it takes a second to load the container info when first being added but that's hardly a hassle.

*Ships go can track many carrier's shipment, even very local carrier.

Trial period is very short and finished before I know more about this system.

No expiry date for purchased credit.  This is the most economical way.  Some other tracking survice charge monthly or annually, and of course, no refund for unused credit.

Shipsgo platfor is very helpful to detect location of shipped goods.
It's useuful for our inventory controle and for organize unloading schedule.

I didn't see anything you was difficult to process. I think those people are going well with shipsgo.

The documents were running late, so I need to prove the supplier that the freight is near to reach destination. I could take a screenshot where tbey did accelerate the process.
The brooker kept asking me about the tracking via Shipsgo, so I was sending them the tracking link.

I stumbled upon Shipsgo through a competitor of ours who stated they were not having the issues we were having with accuracy of informaion. You can select which shipments you want to track, and you can pay as you go. If youy choose to, you can set up to have your customer notified at the same time so there is lag in information. HIghly recommend!

We are a chemical trading company, oftenly use lots of mutli-brand containers from shipping companies. Our Logistics operators often complain that they do not have a tracking platform that integrates multiple container shipping companies, resulting in inefficiency. Because it is wasted searching for the cargo location and ETA from the respective shipping companies. After we found it, we fell it is ease to use with customer support.

Consider providing smaller tracking credit purchasing options for companies that import 50 containers or fewer per year.

I am managing my inventory better because I can spot delays in the shipping ETA earlier and adjust production and sales accordingly.
