The fact that I can choose whichever delivery service courier I want and the option to select the mode of delivery also makes it super convenient. The pickup happens immediately, sometimes even on the same day which is amazing, the tracking details and all the other details are automatically shared with the person who is going to receive the shipment. I was earlier able to see all the courier partners in the basic plan as well, but now I need to buy an upgraded plan. For someone like me who ships rather occasionally to buy a pro plan but still frequent enough to not go to a different courier partner every time, the exclusion of this feature was a huge turnoff. Also, sometimes the UI is very tough to understand and go through, I got stuck because of an E-Way bill which was required o be uploaded, which I did, but the pick-up executive scanned the bar code and said that the E-Way bill has not been uploaded. I have used this for a long time. But till now they haven't improved their customer support service. Very pathetic and takes long time to resolve your issues. Apart from that a big issue is weight discrepancy. I had multiple horrible experiences with Ecom express. Initially, I thought it was Ecom courier that is in fault but Shiprocket is genuine and will take action. But later I understood both Ship rocket and Ecom express are running a scam togegher. They dont deliver the products purposely and then they charge extra for return also. This way, they will earn double and product remains undelivered. On top of that, Shiprocket app has fake 4.1 star rating for Ecom express and they dont allow us to rate this courier company purposely and our undelivered orders from Ecom express are vanished from the app so we can never rate. Lost nearly 40000 (fourty thousand) due to technical error from the shiprocket side.

While creating the shipment, we have mentioned the product cost seperately and ₹100 as the COD charges.. but only the COD cost of 100 was remitted, product cost was not remitted back to us for some orders.

Raised multiple tickets on the same, none of the account manager can able to verify it properly and initiate me the refund. This is the worst part of this big company.
