I like the fact that the platform is fairly easy to use and it acts as an aggregator for all shipping companies. I have had multiple negative experiences but the biggest is the fact that they cannot track return orders. I'm an electronics seller, so my products are high-value itmes (laptops, RAMs, GPUs etc). I'm currently awaiting some RAMs that Shiprocket's partners couldn't delivered and was moved to RTO, and the biggest is a customer-returned Macbook that is currently missing worth a large amount and ShipRocket has closed their investigation without taking any responsibility.
