What do you dislike about ShipRocket? As a seller, my experience with Shiprocket has been nothing short of a disaster. They never picked up the packages from my home, despite multiple requests, and had the audacity to mark the status as "pickup denied by the seller." This blatant lie led to my orders being delayed by an unacceptable 10 days, causing immense frustration for both me and my customers. To make matters worse, I ended up having to personally courier the packages myself, completely defeating the purpose of using their service. Their support is an absolute joke—non-responsive, unhelpful, and downright infuriating. When I tried raising tickets to address the issues, they simply closed them with a note saying "issue resolved," without actually doing anything to fix the problem. Shiprocket is a total scam, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using their services. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and utterly incompetent.
