They just put this additional burden on customer. To justify the case they ask us to provide parcel photographs and exact dimensions of the box. This is not easy for a business to keep photographs of each parcel and track of them to produce at the time of dispute or end of the year. Sometimes it lags on customer support as well, the team doesn't hear and provide response on time. However this happened with me a year back, maybe they have improved it now. Also their offers are for acquisition of new customers only. They even sends sms and notification to existing customers whom they won't give the offers actually. At the beginning of choosing this service, we made some shipments with ShipRocket and was given an estimated pick up and delivery but the pickup was not done on the same day but in the next and the crazy part is that we had to followup with the pickup executive all the time which was really hard for a busy business where the whole point was to make this easier. I have been using shiprocket since last 1 year this is User Friendly, Cost Effective, most convenient way to handle the logistics in an organised manner. Customer support system is also very much responsive and getting instant solutions. Easy booking, tracking and tracing facilities at a single tip on mobile application. I had problems with individual shipping and logistics companies as the per shipment cost and freight was most costlier but now with Shiprocket is giving a lot of shipping methods with their various courier partners at very much reasonable and affordable prices.
