ShipRocket has mobile applications for Android, iOS, and a website that is useful for users to manage their businesses. The dashboard after login consists of all user account info, orders, shipments, and amount details. The navigation between the screens is simple and smooth. The UI and UX of ShipRocket are attractive and understandable. ShipRocket also offers a premium version to upgrade ourselves from the basic plan, We can load the amount into the wallet which can be used for deliveries/orders. We will get every update to our mail like invoice, status, tracking, etc., They also offer an AI-based smart assistant which helps in communication. One issue I face while using ShipRocket's wallet is that sometimes the money doesn't reflect in the wallet but money gets deducted. Apart from this, I like ShipRocket well. When a member wants to ship a product that weighs more from one place to another place that is far away with affordable cost, ShipRocket is the one-stop solution for all shipping. As ShipRocket offers different delivery services with different modes of transport. One can choose the mode and partner to ship with. Apart from this ShipRocket offers discounts for users which helps to ship more. As a user/receiver, It's benefitting me to send parcels to relatives and to receive them from different places. I use ShipRocket as a seller and as a consumer. There are multiple things I like about ShipRocket, 1. The first thing is the user experience. The entire website and mobile application design are user-friendly and transparent. The navigation between the screens and the respective screen objective is understandable. 2. The dashboard after login comprises all the details related to delivery updates, Monet settlement, and Analytics, making tracking and updating our deliveries easier. 3. The ShipRocket wallet helps us load amounts into it via different payment methods and use it for deliveries. We used to get discounts and cashback on loading amounts to the wallet. This makes preferred payment when the delivery is registered. 4. There are different plans exist to select and upgrade our membership, Starting from free to Pro. 5. One feature which I like most is Invoice generation. We need to give details, and the rest invoice is generated Automatically. 6. They Offer trainings, tutorials and documentation to get started and help in the middle. 7. Recent innovation, the smart AI-powered assistant in ShipRocket helps to communicate via WhatsApp and calls effectively. As a consumer, I like ShipRocket well. It provides updates related to delivery at every significant stage, from Pick up to Out for delivery. This helps to track our delivery. Both pickup and delivery experience in web and app is good. The only thing I dislike about ShipRocket is that it doesn't generate OTP first when I try to log in with my mobile number. I have to click multiple times to generate OTP and log in. ShipRocket offers different delivery partners options at affordable prices. This makes it worthwhile for buyers to sell their products without any extra costs to customers. 2. Anywhere, Anyone in India can send and receive delivery through ShipRocket. It's one roof for freight management. 3. Goodbye to worries about package missing and breaking. With ShipRocket, we will have assurance without damages. 4. As a seller, Before ShipRocket, I searched for different partners, modes of transport and prices and selected with no choice and sometimes high amounts. But After ShipRocket, I just need to give from and to location and for the rest, I get partner details, prices and modes on my screen. I can have different choices to choose from at budget-friendly. Most helpful thing about shiprocket is that you don't have to leave your home to go to a shipping company office to ship your product. At the comfort of your home one can book the service and the package is then taken care of. Sometimes the pickup guy doesn't even come to pickup the parcel and you are stuck for many days. Happened with my friend, her order was not picked up even after 1 month.
