Easy Shipping Label API Setup, Breakup Was Hard **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Aviation & Aerospace | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026 **What do you like best about Shippo?** It's very easy to set up the API and get rolling with shipping labels. We were able to get up and running in no time. **What do you dislike about Shippo?** They closed my account and wouldn't open it back up without me sending selfies (weird?). I would be cautious about integrating this into your system. Shippo will close your account if they believe you are fraudulent. They require you to upload your ID and take live selfies and send them to them. I deal with other vendors and businesses all the time and do not have to do this nonsense. Beware! **What problems is Shippo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shippo helped us eliminate using 3rd party software outside of our ERP system. It was helpful having it integrated into our system. ### 2. I have tried multiple shipping ERPS and every one of them would add way more fulfilment time to my operation. Shippo allows me to select all of my orders at once and select different shippers for each and then printing them all. **What do you dislike about Shippo?** The only downside is the billing. It would be nice to be able to get all my shipments compiled onto one bill and sent weekly.
