What do you like best about ShippingEasy?

The forward facing side of this software is so easy to use and understand, the ease of navigation from screen to screen has made this software tool invaluable. At an affordable price and offering discounts on all major carriers (UPS,USPS,FedEx) I cannot recommend this software enough to anyone that needs an all in one solution. What do you dislike about ShippingEasy?

I loved this software and its inventory tracking capabilities, recently that option has been removed for all new clients but I believe that if they bring those capabilities back I might have to come in here and update this section to nothing at all that I dislike about it. Recommendations to others considering ShippingEasy:

If you're looking for an all in one solution and off the shelf product for any type of shipping needs then this is the one for you. It's simplistic and yet intuitive approach to order fulfillment makes this the best solution currently available on the market, with the exception of ShipStation which I believe is a subsidiary company. What problems is ShippingEasy solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to batch print and ship orders at deeply discounted rates solves so many problems for shipping. Having a software solution that is intuitive enough to understand my previous rate selection criteria and apply it to all future (similar) orders makes things go so much faster. What do you like best about ShippingEasy?

What do you like best about ShippingEasy?

What do you dislike about ShippingEasy?

After the sales rep makes the sale they never follow up. I had email campaigns that should have went to over 1800 customers and none were sending do to a simple setting that was overlooked when the sales rep walked me through it. Losing the potential for many reviews and sales. They did nothing to try to help me rectify with the issue, just told me it sucks to be me and to cancel the service if I don't like it. What do you like best about ShippingEasy?

It's one of the easiest shipping programs we've ever used just like their name, shippingeasy. We've used several shipping programs but they were all difficult to use, had missing features, or just didn't perform like shippingeasy. Staff is ALWAYS willing to help to and I have NEVER had to wait a ridiculous time to get answers to my questions.

I love their new campaigns tool we've seen an increase of conversations on our website since we implemented this new tool and we feel this is going to start to beef up our revenue with the upcoming hunting seasons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShippingEasy?

One complaint is not being able to add multiple packages to one order with every carrier and my second complaint is when the program upgrades us up to the next tier subscription based on packages shipped it doesn't downgrade you back down the next month to fit you in the appropriate subscription based on the amount you shipped that month. If you're looking to shorten printing time and an easier way to print your shipping labels shippingeasy will definitely do these for you and if you need something special they will try their hardest to make it happen for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ShippingEasy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Shipping labels takes half the time then it used to and we can do that right on the orders screen using our set of default shipping methods, so we can print out 200 shipping labels in less than an hour now compared to 2 hours in the past when we had to enter the orders create shipments page. What do you like best about ShippingEasy?

What do you like best about ShippingEasy?

Bree was the tech support maven to finally successfully enable scan-based return labels for my business. She got me on one phone line and Endicia on the other (no other support staff had done that yet, and I've been back and forth with Shipping Easy and Endicia many times) and even walked me through sharing our laptop screens to get the job done. Seriously, I was about to start looking to switch providers, because returns streamlining was becoming a necessity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShippingEasy?

I didn't like that I can remember all of the support calls I made BEFORE Bree that DIDN'T work. None called Endicia on my behalf, or share screens. Why not? Bree demonstrated that it could be done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
