Honestly the only thing that would make it any better for me personally is a lower subscription price, but they are already very competitive in this area. Been using Shipping Easy for a very long time. Recently had a problem where we were unable to ship 50 UPS packages due to a disaster on our side. Shipping Easy canceled our labels before we could use them and will not refund the money. UPS policy allows for a refund but they refuse - stole our money. Not using this app anymore. we have a Shopify based e-commerce store and we ship hundreds of orders in a day when we started we were buying shipping labels directly from Shopify and our shipping cost actually skyrocketed when the volume increases we started to look for better options and cheap shipping then we started with shipping easy and we are using it for about more than a year and we ship hundreds of orders every day and it works like a charm Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i won't say that i dislike it as we use it everyday but the shipping charges they charge generating cost shipping reports are bit tricky as it can be improved and can be little better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We save a lot of money each month using Shipping Easy. It allows us to ship everything from one place, USPS, UPS, and FedEx. It is fairly easy to use and reasonably intutitive. It always has the latest pricing available including special ciontracted pricing. The UPS shipping rate is outstanding, much better than any rate we could negotiate on our own. We also use shipping easy to control our on-line inventories with Amazon, ebay and our Big Commerce web site. We also depend on Shipping Easy to provide us our sales inventory and margin reports. They waste a lot of space with their GUI, it is so bad that I had to buy our shipping department an extra wide monitor to allow us to see everything they need to function. Nothing mobile works well, so stick to a shipping station and PC. I really wish they would put the picture of each item with the main shipping line rather than make you scrole to see the picture of items you sold. Pictures help us avoid shipping errors, we have 5000 SKU's so pictures help. They are not supporting Inventory Management so don't expect any future improvement there. We have been using Shipping Easy for well over 10 years and it has been a truly valuable tool.

I always recommend Shipping Easy to other business owners because we have found it to be so critical to us as we grow our organization. We used to enter all of the addresses manually into each shipping carrier's website, but once we changed to Shipping Easy, we are easily saving at least a full salary on payroll because Shipping Easy is that valuable. We also save in shipping costs because we can easily go in and comparison shop the different carriers when we ship an order and it's super quick and easy to do so. Their customer service is fantastic and I give them my highest recommendation!
