I absolutely love shipping chimp. it's made my life so much easier, and paid for itself with the amount of time I save not having to worry about all the details of shipping to many locations. It's pretty easy to integrate with sites like Shopify and using AI, I have been able to find the cheapest shipping rates according to the size of my package and obviously the tracking feature has helped me a lot to improve my customer experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Everything else is awesome except for some minor delays in the return calls but it's not because of the company its mostly because there are some delay because of unexpected reason's out of their control. mostly either customer issue's or something like that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. They provide me with a way better shipping solution where I can save cost and also gain the trust from my customer as I am able to share the delivery tracking details describing end-to-end infomraiton to my customers. Really good app!! It works really well and the support you get is amazing. They offer a free plan so it's a nice option to have when you are just starting or you are not selling that much. Even though they do offer a free plan, the difference in prices in the paid plans is huge, there is no middle price. You have the basic plan for $19 a month, and then you just jump to the grow plan for $199 a month!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
