This feature allows for the comparisons of the courier and shipping options available for shipping! **What do you dislike about ShippingChimp.com?** The downsides that I can see using SHippingChimp.com would possibly be the ease, well lack thereof (ease) of use in its interface and registration options. This benefits any company in forecasting and understanding how we are spending the company money and how much we should reduce or increment in future shipments. ### 4. But I ultimately stopped using it since I didn't have enough purchases to warrant the fee. **What do you dislike about ShippingChimp.com?** When I was first looking into it, I hated that I couldn't get an idea of pricing without having to be called. There was no freemium option available either. Would love the ability to try for myself before buying and then letting the product speak for itself. I hate salespeople. **What problems is ShippingChimp.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saving money on shipping costs. As a small business, all savings are valuable. ### 5.
