The capability to connect with carriers who do not have a loadsmart account. You can connect with users as well as non-users of loadsmart through this loadboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Slow rollout of new features. The support is very nice and friendly, but the platform is slow to rollout some of the new features we've been asking for a while now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
