What do you like best about ShipperGuide TMS?

Having everything in one place. Contracts and comparisons of each carrier is just a click away. Customer support is attentive and quick with resolutions. The transition for the most part was seamless, integration took a little tweaking but was pretty easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShipperGuide TMS?

The ShipperGuide application is extremely helpful for us when communciating with carriers and brokers, and has reduced our workload tremendously rather than requesting RFPs through email. Their support is very responsive and always helpful. The developers listen to our concerns and suggestions and we are very engaged in the development process for future improvements. What do you like best about ShipperGuide TMS?

This service is easy to use and the flow of entering an order works well. Pricing is fair and quotes are fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wish Hazmat entering was on the first page. The NMFC search doesn't work very well. Virtually no ability to edit a quote after you've submitted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding mixed pallets, we heard similar feedback recently, and have prioritized this improvement in the product. Our Customer Support team will reach out when it's released for you!
