I don't like that there are kind of 4 areas that you have to bounce around in, the Parent page, then Child Accounts, the App.dot, and then the pick and packing portal. Whats a pain is that there are somethings that can only be found in one of thos areas and if your page is not set in that area then you need to remember that and navigate around until you can find it. ShipHero primarily was implemented to help manage stock, enable transparency and live levels of stock to our clients but has since changed the way our entire operation functions From warehouse layout, to process flows, to thinking about how we used to go about our days and challenging the status quo. No need for monthly stocktakes, picking errors are basically zero, our staff has been upskilled in a major way and our operations have been altered for the better because of the efficacy and efficiency of a system like ShipHero. They had to spend a large amount of time dealing with those issues which turned a 3 day training into a half a day of training and they sent one person back for additional help. One of the biggest reasons that I went with ShipHero is that it promised granular data for analyzing for process improvements, but we have yet to see the details in the reporting that we need. While the implementation and support were excellent, the only drawback we've experienced is the response time from the backend team when support tickets are submitted.
