The pick and pack is very good. **What do you dislike about ShipHero?** Magento API really needs enhancing - there’s not very much control for us as the user/brand and also the limitations have caused us real logistical issues when launching a new website. The support for the size of shiphero and the type of business is quite poor. I really hope that ShipHero sort this out as they are killing their own business by offering a poor support service. I am still waiting for 2 months to hear back from Professional Services (a chargeable service) purely to delete some SKUs in bulk which we are not able to do manually due to the volume. **What problems is ShipHero solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to accurately pick and pack. ### 2. Their response time is good for non-emergency inquiries. **What do you dislike about ShipHero?** Sometimes we are unable to receive a clear solutions for errors we face. Most of the time they are quick one time fixes. It takes care of warehouse inventory and processes orders and ships them. Not outstanding ### 4. I think each column is necessary **What do you dislike about ShipHero?** MOre simplicity would be my complaint. I think it could be more simple looking and simple using. **Recommendations to others considering ShipHero:** none really **What problems is ShipHero solving and how is that benefiting you?** Some times it doesn't sync with Amazon. I had an instant where I forgot to renew a software with Amazon and fulfilled orders late because of it. I wish I had an alert from shiphero as well. Also the customer service when problems arise is slow.
