ShipFlow is an open‑source product operations platform designed to help teams move from rough ideas to shipped releases without resorting to sprint backlogs or velocity charts. Built around Basecamp’s Shape Up methodology, it combines appetite‑driven cycles, hill charts and betting tables with modern management tools. Users can visualise work on Kanban‑style boards, track time and meetings, manage QA (test cases and bug reports), and monitor risk and health with configurable analytics. Recent updates add roadmap and release planning, allowing initiatives, epics and releases to be planned on a unified timeline and tied directly to cycles, along with a “Wise Architecture” preview that will provide AI‑assisted advice based on team skills, design files and code.
