**What do you like best about ShipCaddie?**

With ShipCaddie, I can get orders from Amazon, Etsy and my own shop with just a click of a button. Live carrier rate comparisons at the checkout ensure that I am paying the least amount feasible for each parcel. It helps me find the cheapest shipping service for each package and hence I save on the shipping fees.

**What do you dislike about ShipCaddie?**

It has lost the ability to track stock across the different sales channels. This means that I have to update the inventory manually which can be a real time waster especially during busy seasons. Invoicing manually is a tiresome task and becomes more cumbersome during peak business hours.

**What problems is ShipCaddie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ShipCaddie has helped me in order fulfillment process significantly. It allows me to print shipping labels, compare rates of different carriers and control all my shipments in one place. The absence of properly coordinated inventory management is a big problem for me, particularly, as I expand my business.
