With ShipCaddie, I can get orders from Amazon, Etsy and my own shop with just a click of a button. Live carrier rate comparisons at the checkout ensure that I am paying the least amount feasible for each parcel. It has lost the ability to track stock across the different sales channels. This means that I have to update the inventory manually which can be a real time waster especially during busy seasons.
