I like the portal as well, it's helpful to see order updates. My paid onboarding support was amazing as well (Gauarav) but I feel as though that should have been a feature that came with using ShipBob, not a paid add-on. I wish they would offer more personal support. I also wish the finance section/invoices had more details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is ShipBob solving and how is that benefiting you? We don't have to manage our own fulfillment or store our own goods.
