Support is very professional and replies to emails or chat within a reasonable time window. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ShipBob? The pick-n-fulfill fee is 4 times more expensive than Amazon fulfillment center. Pallet upload fee is expensive than other services we have being using. Warehouse did not update system even the pallets were picked up for many days. Duplicated wrong charges. Need to make appointment for warehouse pick up / drop off, this causes extra time and additional fees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is ShipBob solving and how is that benefiting you? We are trying to find another fulfillment center other than Amazon due to the increasing sales from other platforms.
