I like the portal as well, it's helpful to see order updates. My paid onboarding support was amazing as well (Gauarav) but I feel as though that should have been a feature that came with using ShipBob, not a paid add-on. **What do you dislike about ShipBob?** There is a lack of support beyond pointing in the direction of ShipBob's user manuals.. I wish they would offer more personal support. I also wish the finance section/invoices had more details. **What problems is ShipBob solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don't have to manage our own fulfillment or store our own goods. It's quick and easy when our inventory arrives from overseas, and we don't have to worry about managing it all ourselves. ### 2.
