It’s easy to use and user friendly. I like that my schedule is available to access from anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When my manager approves or declines a shift it doesn’t tell me what the date is for. So if I have multiple shifts in limbo, I have to figure out which shift was added/or denied. Also, only the person in charge can see who is in charge, it’d be nice if anyone could see the charge nurse symbol. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes I do feel like the phone version has some glitches where it is difficult to see who is working a certain shift or day with you. I use my phone to access work schedule so would be nice if in future you could more easily see people working your exact shift time with your title so you can easily see if they swamping shifts with them would work. The app is absolutely terrible, but the desktop version isn’t much better. Not all features in desktop available in the app, you can’t see the entire screen in the desktop. It’s weird and glitchy and randomly logs you out. Some of the icons don’t have the option to edit the caption you put under them, so then you have to add an additional icon Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
