It should be robust enough to handle our institution, and it seems like it has too many software bugs. **What problems is ShiftWizard solving and how is that benefiting you?** It keeps us up to date on our schedule for unit. ### 2. Not all features in desktop available in the app, you can’t see the entire screen in the desktop. It’s weird and glitchy and randomly logs you out. Some of the icons don’t have the option to edit the caption you put under them, so then you have to add an additional icon **What problems is ShiftWizard solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not really solving many problems. Our old system was okay ### 3. Not user friendly, takes a while to find notifications. Had a glitch recently that made a swap very confusing for supervisors. It should have been straightforward, but the recipient could not access the swap. **What problems is ShiftWizard solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ability to locate free hours and swap shifts. ### 6.
