ShiftWerx is a cloud-based employee scheduling and workforce management platform for businesses that schedule shift-based staff, across industries such as hospitality, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and field services. Managers build schedules with a point-based algorithm that distributes shifts according to availability, role requirements, and fairness rules, rather than manual spreadsheets. The platform includes four core modules: ShiftLogic for automated schedule generation, ShiftMarket for employee-driven shift trading and open-shift pickup, ShiftMessage for team communication, and ShiftLeague, which lets groups of affiliated companies share employees across a common staffing pool. ShiftWerx is available as a web application and as native iOS and Android apps with push notifications. Pricing is per location, across Spark, Professional, and Enterprise plans.
