ShiftUpai has completely transformed how I engage with prospects and manage client relationships. The platform dramatically accelerates time-to-value by providing real-time intelligence that allows me to have highly relevant, timely conversations with prospects about the specific challenges they're facing today. Instead of generic pitches, I'm walking into conversations armed with insights about their current pain points and can immediately articulate how my solution addresses those issues and the specific outcomes they'll achieve by working together.

What truly sets ShiftUpai apart is its proactive approach to account management. It's like having a dedicated research analyst working 24/7 on my behalf, continuously monitoring my clients for new challenges and expansion opportunities—often identifying issues in other departments or business units that my primary contacts aren't even aware of yet. It's an easy and intuative platfrom that integrates easily into our day to day sales strategy. Their AI does the heavy lifting on account prioritization and research, serving up accurate strategies that convert to pipeline right in our Salesforce Instance. ShiftUp is still a relatively new product, so they are constant developing new features. One of things we asked for early on was information on accounts that aren't on our radar yet. What do you like best about ShiftUp AI Revenue Intelligence?

It does the research I used to spend hours on and actually gets it right. I'm not wasting time chasing accounts that don't fit or piecing together context from five different sources. ShiftUp finds the accounts that match our ICP, tells me why they matter right now, and hands me a strategy I can actually use.
