ShiftUpai has completely transformed how I engage with prospects and manage client relationships. The platform dramatically accelerates time-to-value by providing real-time intelligence that allows me to have highly relevant, timely conversations with prospects about the specific challenges they're facing today. Instead of generic pitches, I'm walking into conversations armed with insights about their current pain points and can immediately articulate how my solution addresses those issues and the specific outcomes they'll achieve by working together.

What truly sets ShiftUpai apart is its proactive approach to account management. It's like having a dedicated research analyst working 24/7 on my behalf, continuously monitoring my clients for new challenges and expansion opportunities—often identifying issues in other departments or business units that my primary contacts aren't even aware of yet. If you live in Salesforce as Inseego does, ShiftUp is a must-have. As a native app, it means no data silos, no manual entry, and no workflow disruption. It's an easy and intuative platfrom that integrates easily into our day to day sales strategy. Their AI does the heavy lifting on account prioritization and research, serving up accurate strategies that convert to pipeline right in our Salesforce Instance. The ShiftUp team is phenomenal: responsive, collaborative, and constantly improving the product.

Honestly nothing, they are continuing to improve and release new updates already - enhancing their platfrom. So excited about the future of this platform.

ShiftUp has transformed how our team researches the accounts we’re actively trying to engage, while also giving us insights into opportunities we’re already working. It feels like having a 24/7 research assistant supporting us. What really sets it apart is that the information is tailored to our specific value proposition. It doesn’t just provide generic research; it surfaces relevant data points that we can use to engage more effectively in outreach and to prepare for meetings. If you’re using SFDC, it’s a no-brainer to use ShiftUp to take your account research to the next level.

**What do you dislike about ShiftUp AI Revenue Intelligence?**

ShiftUp is still a relatively new product, so they are constant developing new features. One of things we asked for early on was information on accounts that aren't on our radar yet. But that is now being addressed by their team which is really exciting for us as sellers. They take feedback and actually incorporate it into their product.

ShiftUp is super-charging our account research with actionable insights that would otherwise take significantly more time to uncover. Instead of just surfacing a bunch of great data points, everything is thoughtfully organized, making it easy for our team to quickly review the information, identify what’s most relevant to each conversation, and then incorporate those insights into our outreach strategies.

It does the research I used to spend hours on and actually gets it right. I'm not wasting time chasing accounts that don't fit or piecing together context from five different sources. ShiftUp finds the accounts that match our ICP, tells me why they matter right now, and hands me a strategy I can actually use. And because it lives in Salesforce, I'm not dealing with another tool to log into or data that doesn't sync. It just works the way my day already works.

**What do you dislike about ShiftUp AI Revenue Intelligence?**

Only thing lacking is the ability to turn insights into actions - like emails directly to target stakeholders.  But that is coming very soon.

After 30 years in sales, I've seen countless tools promise to "revolutionize" prospecting. ShiftUp actually delivers. What impressed me most is how it handles the tedious parts—account research, signal detection, strategy development—without trying to replace the human judgment that actually closes deals.
The native Salesforce integration means my workflow stays intact. No toggling between platforms, no data syncing headaches. The AI identifies accounts that fit our ICP and surfaces insights I'd have spent hours digging for manually. But here's what matters: the opportunities it recommends are genuinely worth pursuing.
