They'd guess their hours weeks later. We paid for time that wasn't worked. So we turned shift logging into a game: • Streaks – log daily to build your streak (break it, start over) • Badges – earn achievements for consistency • Leaderboards – compete with teammates The result? 90% of shifts logged same-day. ±5 minute accuracy. No more month-end chaos. Mobile app for iOS & Android. Admin dashboard for managers. Multi-location support. Multilingual (Czech, English, Ukrainian).
