ShiftRova is workforce management software that helps organisations build staff rosters, record time and attendance with GPS geofencing, generate timesheets, monitor labour costs, and export payroll data. It is used by managers and hourly teams in hospitality, security, NDIS and disability support, retail, manufacturing, construction, healthcare, and logistics. The product is delivered as cloud software with a web dashboard and native iOS and Android apps. ShiftRova is designed for operators who need scheduling, on-site clock-in, timesheet approval, and payroll file export in one system. Rostering, GPS attendance, and payroll export are available worldwide. For Australian employers, ShiftRova also includes Fair Work and modern award tooling, including award interpretation used in hospitality, restaurant, security, and retail settings. Typical users include venue and site managers who publish weekly rosters, supervisors who approve time and leave, payroll officers who need timesheet exports, and employees who view shifts, clock in, swap shifts, and message their team from a phone. Main capabilities include: AI-assisted scheduling that fills shifts using staff availability, labour budgets, and fatigue or overtime rules GPS geofenced clock-in and clock-out so attendance can be limited to designated sites Automated timesheets created from clock events, including breaks and overtime Live labour cost visibility as a roster is built Shift swapping, open-shift pickup, leave requests, and availability updates Team messaging, announcements, and push notifications Document library, training assignment, and custom roles and permissions Payroll exports to Xero, MYOB, and Square, plus CSV export Multi-location geofencing for organisations with more than one site A complimentary payroll officer seat for read-only timesheet and pay-rate access Organisation pricing is billed per active user. Team member (staff) accounts are not billed. Organisations can start with a 30-day trial for AUD $1, then AUD $11 per active user per month. Archived users are billed at AUD $1 per month. There is no setup fee on this trial offer, and organisations can cancel at any time. ShiftRova is published by T3CHMAN Software, an Australian-owned company based in Adelaide, South Australia.
