ShiftPriority is workforce software for restaurants, cafés and bars with about 5 to 60 staff. Managers build the schedule in month, week or day view, keep drafts private until they publish, and the team is notified by email and push. Availability, time off, shift swaps and cover requests run through one requests flow instead of a group chat. Tips can be split as a tip jar (by hours worked, role weighting or custom weights) or as a percentage tip-out, and every split keeps a reproducible record. Square and SumUp bring in sales and card tips automatically; revenue can also be entered by hand. Labor cost is shown against revenue, daily and weekly. Staff clock in and out on a paired tablet in the venue, with timesheets for missed punches and no-shows. For venues in Germany, every shift is checked against working-time rules (rest periods, daily and weekly maximums, rules for minors, minimum wage) while the schedule is planned. Team chat, announcements and an AI import for existing schedules are included. ShiftPriority runs in the browser and installs on phones as a web app, in English and German. It is hosted in Frankfurt and built for the GDPR, with a data processing agreement. Plans start at €29 per business per month, not per employee.
