ShiftMate is restaurant management software for shift scheduling, attendance tracking, and tip distribution. Compatible with Android, iOS, and web browsers, it features GPS-based time clock functionality to verify employee location during clock-ins and clock-outs, preventing fraudulent time records. The software automates weekly shift scheduling based on employee availability and roles, with push notifications for updates. Its tip distribution system calculates allocations using hours worked and predefined percentages, separating cash and credit card tips while ensuring wage compliance. Real-time reporting enables oversight of multiple branches from one interface. Employees can request schedule preferences through the availability management feature, helping managers maintain staffing levels and regulatory compliance.
