**What do you like best about ShiftForce?**

Using shiftnote scheduled shortened the amount of time it takes me to do the schedule. 

**What do you dislike about ShiftForce?**

I disliked the tutorials. They were a bit cumbersome. 

**What problems is ShiftForce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can spend more time focused on operations since I am getting the schedules done so much faster with this software.
