ShiftCal is an AI-first employee scheduling platform for shift-based teams. Managers build rosters with an auto-scheduling engine that respects contracts, availability, skills, coverage targets and labor cost — or simply ask the AI assistant, which can build and publish rosters, approve absences and swaps, read schedules from Excel, PDF or photos, answer questions with live charts, and export payroll-ready files. Every AI action shows a confirmation card before anything changes. Time tracking is compliance-grade: GPS-verified mobile clock-in with per-site geofencing, a tablet kiosk with PIN or QR, signable time records, and statutory break, rest and working-time rules per country. Employees get iOS and Android apps for schedules, availability, shift swaps, open-shift pickup and time off with real balances — everything updates in realtime across web, mobile and kiosk. Available in 8 languages. Free up to 5 employees; Pro is per active seat with a 14-day free trial, no card required.
