It works well even with large variability of requests from month to month. Makes the most equitable schedule possible. Looks at millions of schedule possibilities in minutes. It's also nice too because you don't have to think about merging them either, after the first month merge, my schedules will automatically merge to my iPhone calendar. **What do you dislike about Shift Admin, a QGenda Company?** Compared to other software scheduling apps I have used, this software is by far the best. The only dislike I have currently is trying to download and print schedules is a multi step process on the desktop. Otherwise, a very efficient scheduling software for all employees. **What problems is Shift Admin, a QGenda Company solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having to manually enter every day you need off, such as "every M/W/F from 12-5". You can select the option to carry over every Monday the same, etc. big time saver! ### 3. I by the easy-to-use administratively as well. We use it for over a dozen sites and we found it to be better than the competition for both automated scheduling and tweaking the schedule after work. **What do you dislike about Shift Admin, a QGenda Company?** Mobile web app could use some work for admins. Being feature rich, it can be a little intimidating at first; however, the support team is fantastic and makes a consistent effort to provide guidance every step of the way. **What problems is Shift Admin, a QGenda Company solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shift Admin’s schedule generator saves hours of time each month when creating our schedules. Employee self service functions have allowed employees to trade shifts and pick-up open shifts without direct management involvement, freeing up managers to complete more important tasks. ### 6. The system takes into consideration the provider contracts, multiple requests, preferences, locations and restraints for each of our locations so that we do not have to do so by hand. Their customer service and tech support is top notch! Submitting a help ticket online is quick and the turnaround time from their tech support is fast. I also like that our quarterly invoices do not have extra surcharges or add-ons. **What do you dislike about Shift Admin, a QGenda Company?** The system is complicated and there is a very steep learning curve, but that is to be expected with the number of providers we have and the diverse needs and preferences they have for scheduling. I wish there was a better way to run reports in the system and extract the data we use the most often. **What problems is Shift Admin, a QGenda Company solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to track weekly, monthly and annual clinical targets, as well as changes and trades. We are able to fairly distribute and assign shifts on holidays because we have previous schedules at our fingertips. ### 8. It use to take me a week to do by hand on an excel document. Now with what Shift Admin generates in a matter of minutes, I can tweek it and have it up and completed the same day I start it. **What do you dislike about Shift Admin, a QGenda Company?** It will override a request vacation to fill in the spot. Our office is different than most. Each provider can see what other providers have requested off. It totals for me automatically when I use to have to manually count. If another user tries to generate the schedule, they cannot see the preferences/filters chosen by the previous user.
