ShieldPSA is a free Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT service teams. It brings essential service management and business operations into a single platform, helping teams manage customer requests, tickets, SLAs, projects, contracts, time tracking, billing, and reporting. ShieldPSA provides tools for managing the complete service lifecycle, from receiving and prioritizing service requests through resolution, time tracking, contract management, and invoicing. It also includes workflow automation, service catalogs, customer and contact management, reporting, a client portal, and integrations to support day-to-day MSP operations. The platform is designed to help MSPs centralize their service operations, improve visibility into technician and customer activities, standardize workflows, and manage recurring services more efficiently. ShieldPSA is offered as a free PSA platform, with professional services available for organizations that need assistance with implementation, migration, training, or customization.
