Everyone I’ve interacted with has been knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely committed to helping customers and each other succeed. There’s a real sense of partnership—not just in how SHI works with clients, but internally as well. I also appreciate the access to innovative technology solutions and the emphasis on continuous learning. One thing I’ve found challenging about SHI is that, at times, the size and complexity of the organization can make it hard to quickly navigate internal processes or find the right point of contact. It’s understandable given how large and diverse the offerings are, but it can sometimes slow things down when you’re trying to move quickly or deliver a solution efficiently.
