Instead of long Slack threads and constant follow-ups, everyone now has the same real-time visibility into what’s happening, who is owning what, and what the next steps are. This shared context has reduced friction between teams and made collaboration during incidents and post-deployment checks dramatically smoother.​

For very complex multi-service incidents, it sometimes takes a bit of tuning to get the right level of signal versus noise in the incident timelines.​

Sherlocks.ai helps us break down silos between product engineers and DevOps by giving both sides the same incident story. Developers no longer wait for operations to “translate” dashboards or logs and operations no longer chase engineers for context.

**What do you like best about Sherlocks.ai?**

The platform’s integrations were seamless and had us running almost instantly.
Sherlocks.ai’s AI can proactively detect outages and identify the root cause. We
especially appreciate how follow-up investigations can be triggered directly from
Slack by simply mentioning @sherlocks, even if there isn’t an active alert, this speeds
up troubleshooting and prevents issues from escalating.

**What do you dislike about Sherlocks.ai?**

While Sherlocks.ai works very well for most scenarios, we have a few unique
messaging flows and edge cases that produce noisy alerts. Filtering these out to
fine-tune what counts as “important” sometimes required additional guidance from
support.

Major reduction in false alerts and wasted cycles, faster clarity on incidents, and

Since adopting Sherlocks.ai, our team isn’t drowning in irrelevant alerts. The system is surprisingly good at flagging false positives—alerts that used to distract us are automatically filtered, making it much easier to focus on real infrastructure issues. For us, that clarity has reduced wasted hours in noisy channels and made incident reviews much more productive.

The tool sometimes needs additional setup on first implementation—especially tuning the logic for our custom stack. It took a bit of back and forth with support, but they did respond quickly each time.

The ticketing system integration has been transformative for us at Wafeq. Sherlocks.ai’s automated root cause suggestions and alert management reduced incident review times drastically. Their support team is exceptionally proactive, they reach out with suggestions and best practices before we even notice an issue.

A few complex fintech processes required us to work closely with their team for tuning, but their support was responsive and solved things quickly.

As a prompt engineer working on dynamic bot flows, downtime or latency spikes can break user experiences fast. Sherlocks.ai has drastically reduced our mean time to resolution (MTTR) and the root cause suggestions are spot-on. Real-time Slack updates mean I can jump in and tweak prompts or configs immediately instead of waiting for someone to notice something's broken.

Some of our more experimental bot modules still trigger edge-case alerts that need manual tuning.

Took some additional back n forth to customize the tool as per our requirements  but once tuned , it fit our needs well.
