Pact is an AI-powered contract review app that helps individuals and small businesses understand what they're signing before they sign it. Upload a PDF or Word document and get a complete risk analysis in under 60 seconds. Key capabilities: Risk Detection assigns severity ratings to every clause, flagging unusual terms, hidden obligations, and deviations from market norms. Plain English Explanations translate legal jargon into conversational language. Document Comparison highlights every change between two contract versions — additions, deletions, and modifications. Alternative Clauses suggest replacement language when problems are identified. Pact is built for renters reviewing leases, freelancers protecting their IP and payment terms, small business owners fast-tracking vendor contract review, and employees evaluating offer letters and non-competes. Pricing: Free tier with limited reviews per month, Weekly ($7.99/week) for unlimited reviews, or Yearly ($49.99/year). No credit card required to start. Available on iOS.
