ShelterPact is a modern, web-based animal shelter management and animal control software platform designed to help municipal animal services agencies, animal shelters, and rescue organizations manage their daily operations from one centralized system. Built around the real-world needs of animal services professionals, ShelterPact connects animal records, field operations, shelter management, medical care, compliance, reporting, and administrative workflows. Instead of relying on multiple disconnected systems, organizations can manage their operations through a unified platform designed for efficiency, accountability, and ease of use. \*\*Animal Shelter Management:\*\* Track animal intake, identification, housing assignments, custody history, medical records, vaccinations, treatments, behavioral information, and outcomes. Guided workflows support adoptions, owner reclaims, surrenders, foster placements, and transfers to rescue organizations. \*\*Animal Control and Field Operations:\*\* Manage calls for service, officer assignments, dispatch activity, field maps, enforcement cases, and follow-up tasks. ShelterPact helps connect field responses directly to related animal, person, and shelter records. \*\*Municipal Compliance:\*\* Support animal licensing, rabies records, citations, enforcement documentation, and compliance tracking. Maintain organized records for municipal animal services operations and administrative review. \*\*Medical and Inventory Management:\*\* Document examinations, medications, treatments, vaccination records, and medical history. Inventory tools support stock tracking, expiration dates, lot management, and low-stock alerts. \*\*Financial Management:\*\* Manage fees, charges, payments, receipts, cashier closeouts, deposits, adjustments, and financial reporting through integrated workflows. \*\*Documents and Electronic Signatures:\*\* Create organization-specific document templates, generate paperwork, collect electronic signatures, and retain completed documents with associated records. \*\*Reporting and Daily Operations:\*\* Access customizable reports, dashboards, operational tasks, calendars, staffing schedules, and activity history to support informed decisions. ShelterPact is designed for organizations seeking an integrated animal shelter software solution that combines traditional shelter management with municipal animal control capabilities. ShelterPact is currently in the final stages of testing ahead of its initial release.
